A version of Tia Scheduling System was originally created for Eldercare Home Health Inc., a Toronto Canada based company, that has been providing care to the elderly for over 15 years. Eldercare Home Health has been using its version of Tia Staff Scheduling for over two years.

Eldercare Home Health needed a scheduling solution that was fast, easy to learn, easy to use and accurate. It also had to be easy to keep up to access and keep up to date. And, it had to be easy to spot shifts that needed to be filled. As if that weren’t enough, it had to be able to track literally thousands of shifts, produce accurate reports for payroll and invoicing, be secure and be web based.

In their search for a solution Eldercare Home Health found that most staff scheduling software was either overly simplistic and had little if any real practical use, or was overly complex and was difficult to learn and use.
